| 摘 要： | 长相关特性(LRD)是网络流量的最基本的统计特性，有多种算法可以用于判定网络流量是否具有长相关特性．但各种算法对Hurst参数均采用估值的方式而不是直接计算的方式，因此，它在各种条件下的鲁棒性和可靠性值得探讨．用确知的LRD序列和确知的非LRD序列来检验几种常用的估值算法的正确性和鲁棒性，并根据实验结果，提出了在研究网络流量的LRD特性时应注意的问题．

| Abstract: | Long range dependence (LRD) is the fundamental statistical characteristics of the network traffic. There are several algorithms to be used to evaluate LRD behavior of a time series. But all of these algorithms use the estimate methods instead of the calculate methods to estimate the Hurst parameter. So the Robustness of them under varied conditions needs to be studied. Five estimate algorithms are discussed and used to evaluate a LRD time series and a non LRD time series. According to the results, some useful advice on LRD research is presented. |
