摘    要:在常温常压下,应用电导探针,研究了TEMA—E型管壳式换热器壳侧各流路对错流区的气液分布状态的影响。试验结果表明,泄漏流对壳侧错流区气液再分配有着直接的影响,且在不同的流型下,其影响作用大小有所差异。在环状流下,A流路的贯通作用使折流板前后对应区域的含气率基本一致;泄漏流E使A流路的贯通作用得到明显的削弱。泡状流时,A流路的贯通作用不明显。

Abstract:Electrical probes were used to examine the influences of each stream on gas and liquid distributions in cross-flow zone of the shell-side in shell-and-tube heat exchanger under normal temperature and pressure. The results show that leakage flow streams have direct effects on the gas-liquid distribution characteristics. The effects are different in different flow regimes. In annular flow the penetrating effect of stream A makes the void fraction same besides a baffle. Stream E will weaken the penetrating effect obviously. In bubble flow the penetrating effect is not obvious.
