摘    要:应用系统科学的理论与方法,根据产业科技竞争力的分析范式,建立了一个包括产业科技竞争力系统评价模型和政策试验模型的综合模型.将产业科技竞争力评价中所涉及的各变量及其相互关系隐含于输入 输出行为模型中.运用神经网络模型来确立产业科技竞争力的投入与产出之间的关系,将竞争潜力、竞争行为的指标作为输入向量,将竞争绩效的指标作为输出.并利用该综合模型的可视化系统,对某地区的产业科技竞争力进行实证研究.结果发现,从事科技活动的人员数和R&D经费支出是提高产业科技竞争力的关键因素.

Abstract:Based on the analytical paradigm of the competitive power of science and technology in industries, the synthectical model,including system valuing model and policy simulating model,was built on theory and methods of system science. The parameters and their inherent relation involved during valuation process were included in the input-output model. The neural network model was built to express the relation between input and output of the competitive power of science and technology in industries, in which the index of competition potent and competition action were regard as the input vector, the index of competition effect was regard as the output vector. The competitive power of science and technology in industries in some regions was analyzed by the aid of its visual system and found that the number of persons whose engagement the technology job and the R&D expenditure are critical factors in improving the competitive power of science and technology in industries.
