可变抽样区间图

摘    要:常规控制图是每隔固定时间从过程中抽取样本对过程进行监控.根据样本均值落在控制图上的位置而变化抽样区间的长度即为变抽样区间图的思想实质.利用马氏链方法计算了变抽样区间控制图的统计效率测度.初始表现和稳态表现均表明在不增加受控时平均报警时间下,变抽样区间X图比标准休哈特图更具有实际效率.

Abstract:The usual practice in using a control chart to monitor a process is to take samples from the process with fixed sampling intervals. Variable sampling interval(VSI) X-bar chart is considered. A Markov chain method is used to study the statistical properties of this chart. Relative to the standard fixed sampling interval(FSI) X-bar chart, initial and steady state performance indicates that the VSI chart is more efficient.
