论城市区域性图书馆门户的构建

我国城市区域性图书馆门户的构建面临的问题是：简单易用工具的开发以及建立充分展示城市区域特色的信息资源模式和服务模式问题;如何争取区域社会各界的大力支持和降低经营成本问题;较发达的城市如何为促进整个国家的信息、文化交流做贡献等问题。城市区域性图书馆门户有六大特征：区域性、系统性、政府性、公益性、开放性、稳定性等。构建城市区域性图书馆门户,需要建设者在经费来源、门户内容、特色服务、技术系统、联盟系统等方面通盘考虑。

Construction of the Portal of Urban Regional Library

There are some problems with the construction of the portal of our country's urban regional library, such as the development of tools easy to use and the building of information resources mode and service mode that fully exhibit the urban regional feature, the way to strive for the energetic support from all sectors of the region and to reduce the operating cost, and the way how more developed cities help to promote the information and cultural exchanges of the whole nation. In this article, the concept of portal of the urban regional library and its six major characteristics are explained. The six major characteristics include regionality, systematicness, government, public welfare, openness and stability. In order to construct the gateway of the urban regional library, the source of the funds and the content of the portal and special service and technological system and all federation system need to be studied in every possible angle.
