| 摘 要： | 增强学生体质是一项系统工程，很多措施要较长时间才表现出影响力．本文从投资学的角度对义务教育阶段的学生体质问题进行界定，分析了国家投资学校体育的合理性、学校体育的主要任务、新课程标；隹关于学生体育学习的兴趣的得失、家庭体育的价值等内容，开拓了阳光体育运动实践和研究的视野．
