真空辅助压浆工艺在古铜沟大桥的应用

摘    要:结合济晋高速公路古铜沟大桥预应力采用塑料波纹管形成孔道、真空辅助压浆等工艺,阐述了高强聚乙烯波纹管成孔、真空辅助压浆等新型工艺在公路工程预应力施工中所起到的良好效果,从而全面提高预应力筋的防护功能,最终达到提高预应力构件耐久性和安全性的目的.

Abstract:Unifies the Jinan Jin highway ancient bronzes ditch bridge prestressed to use the plastic corrugated pipe to form the passsageway, crafts and so on vacuum auxiliary mud jacking, elaborated the excel in polyethylene corrugated pipe becomes the hole, the vacuum auxiliary mud jacking and so on new craft the good results which gels up in the highway engineering pre-stressed construction, thus enhances the pre--stressed muscle's protection function comprehensively, achieves finally enhances the prestressed component durability and the secure goal.
