康乃馨玻璃苗生理生化探讨

摘    要:探讨了康乃馨玻璃苗的生理生化特点,结果表明:玻璃苗比正常苗组织含水量高,叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性总糖及还原糖含量低,苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性低,过氧化物酶活性高。玻璃苗酯酶同工酶带比正常苗丢失4~5条,说明玻璃苗的生理功能及遗传稳定性发生了根本变化,可能是玻璃苗一旦发生就难以逆转的原因所在

Abstract:In this paper, the physiological and biochemical characteristies of vitrified Dianthus caryophyllus shoots are reported. The result shows that the content of moisture, chlorophyll, total carbohydrate, reducting sugar and protein are lower in vitrified shoots compared with ordinary shoots regenerated in vitro, and the activity of peroxidase is increased, whereas the activity of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase is decreased in vitrified shoots. The belt of esterase isozymes of vitrified shoots lose four to five belts. This result shows that the physiological function and the hereditary stability of vitrified shoots have changed in essence and it may be the reason of which vitrified shoots hardly recover once it appears.
