| 摘 要： | 对美国黑核桃的组织培养及其繁殖进行了初步的研究。结果表明:(1)1/2MS+6-BA 0.5～4mg/L(单位下同)和NAA0.01～0.5组合均能促进黑核桃腋芽或顶芽的萌发与生长;(2)MS+6-BA 1+NAA 0.05+2ip1.0的组合有利于黑核桃继代培养中试管苗的快速生长;(3)6-BA 3与NAA 0.01组合有利于黑核桃茎段愈伤组织的诱导形成。

| Abstract: | This paper made a primary study on tissue culture and propagation of Juglans nigras. The results are as follws: (1)1 /2MS 6 - BA 0.5 -4mg/L(Unit is the same as follows) NAA0.01 - 0.5 all are favorable of bourgeoning and growing of axillary-bud or top-bud of Juglans nigras. (2) MS BA 1 NAA 0. 05 2ip 1.0 is favorable of rapid growing of Juglans nigras' subculture. (3)6- BA 3 NAA 0. 01 is favorable to induce callus of stem. |
