| 摘 要： | 通过将投票理论中的Borda序值法应用到风险矩阵模型中进行风险评估,将央企境外投资项目遇到的风险按照重要性进行排序,从而确定风险投资项目的综合风险等级,使得关键风险得以有效控制,以期为央企境外投资项目决策者提供一种科学、客观、合理、兼具操作性的评估方法.文中通过运用风险概率-影响(P-I)矩阵分析模型,结合Borda序值法,识别出多项具体的关键性风险,从而将央企境外投资项目风险评估的更为客观有效.

| Abstract: | The Borda method in the theory of voting were applied to the risk matrix model of risk assessment, the risk encountered by central enterprises overseas investment projects according to importance was sorted, so as to determine the overall risk level of risk investment projects, and the key risk can be effectively controlled. Therefore, a scientific, objective, and reasonable and operational assess method for the central enterprises overseas investment project decision makers was provided. Through the use of risk probability influence (P-I) matrix analysis model, and combined with the Borda method,a number of specific critical risk was identified, which will make overseas investment project risk evaluation more objective and effective. |
