摘    要:在植物的组织培养和快速繁殖过程中,外源激素对植株的器官分化有着非常重要的作用.作者采用了不同种类和浓度的激素对金钗石斛的试管苗进行了对比研究,结果表明:低浓度的6-BA、NAA和IBA均有利于诱导金钗石斛试管苗芽的分化,高浓度激素则起抑制作用;NAA和IBA具有促进试管苗根分化的作用,6-BA则抑制根的分化;6-BA和2,4-D能诱导试管苗开花,NAA和IBA则抑制开花;2,4-D能诱导原球茎的分化,而6-BA却抑制愈伤组织的形成.

Abstract:In the tissue culture and rapid propagation of the plant, the outside source hormone has very important function towards the organogenesis of the plantlets. The author adopts the hormone with different category and densities in the contrast research to the Plantlets of the Dendrobium nobile Lindl, the result shows: 6-BA, NAA and IBA at low density can induce the bud formation of Dendrobium nobile Lindl Plantlets, while they repress the bud formation when at high density; NAA and IBA have a function to promote formation of the root,but the 6-BA can repress the formation; the 6-BA and 2,4-D can induce the Plantlets efflorescence, but the NAA and IBA repress the efflorescence; the 2,4-D can induce the protocorm formation, but the 6-BA can repress the callus formation.
