| 摘 要： | 受教育权是公民宪法上的权利,表现为公民有享有各种受教育的机会和利益。国家有保障公民受教育权实现的义务。保护受教育权法律体系的多样性,决定公民受教育权受到侵害的救济有不同的形式。公民受教育权的实现有赖于立法机关、行政机关和司法机关依法对受教育权的具体保护。
