氧化铝陶瓷的增韧

摘    要:本文研究采用氧化锆相变增韧及晶须补强两条途径增韧氧化铝基复合陶瓷。 通过控制Y_2O_3在YPSZ(Y_20_3部分稳定氧化锆)的含量以及YPSZ在ZTA(氧化锆增韧氧化铝)的含量可以最大限度地使基质中氧化锆以亚稳四方相形式存在。 通过控制YPSZ的晶粒尺寸小于基质晶粒尺寸可使ZTA陶瓷的K_(1c)和σ_(bb)同时得到提高。 SiC晶须补强ZTA陶瓷,利用ZrO_2(t)相变作用缓解晶须引入基体的张应力,使材料得到双重韧化,提高了力学性能。

Abstract:In this paper, Alumina matrix- ceramic composites toughened by ZrO2 phase transformation toughening and whisker reinforced has been studied.In the way of controlling the content of Y2O3 in YPSZ and YPSZ in ZTA, We can make ZrO2 retainning matestable tetragonal in matrix extremely.The K1c and abb can be improved simultaneously by using the method that the grain size of YPSZ was controlled to be less than that of matrix.For the SiC-Whisker reinforced ZTA ceramic composites, the tensile stress in the matrix coused by whiskers can be relaxed through ZrO2(t) phase transformation, thus the composite was doubletoughened and higher mechanical properties of ceramic composite was obtained.
