| 摘 要： | 通过对Fabry-Perot滤光片性质的研究，以及Fabry-Perot滤光片中缺陷层厚度变化对通道数目、位置影响的分析，引入三对称结构，通过改变三对称结构中对应的缺陷层厚度来实现通道位置可独立调整的三通道滤光片．设计过程中采用有效界面法对通道位置进行初步计算，并通过计算机理论模拟对膜层进行修正使得通道位置满足设计要求．设计结果表明，通过调整3个厚度参数可以克服Fabry-Perot滤光片中通道的相互干扰现象，从而实现了各通道位置的独立调整．
