二株曲霉产生絮凝剂的培养条件及其絮凝特性研究

摘    要:从霉菌中筛选得到二株絮凝性较强的曲霉即寄生曲霉(Aspergillus parasiticus)和酱油曲霉(Aspergillus sojae),通过条件试验确定它们产生絮凝剂的最佳 条件,絮凝试验表明,二株曲霉产生的絮凝剂不仅具有较强的絮凝性,而且具有较高的热稳定性。

Abstract:Aspergillus parastitcus and Aspergillus sojae with high flocculating activity were screened from the mould. From the experiments, the best conditions for producing flocculant were abtaind. Flocculation test showed that the flocculants produced by two Aspergillus have not only higher flocculating activity, but also ability of heat stability.
