| 摘 要： | 通过液体菌种培养，比较了来源不同的4个秀珍菇菌株的抗污染能力、菌丝生长速度、菌丝生长势等特性指标，研究不同碳源、氮源、温度、pH值对秀珍菇菌丝生长的影响，经过菌丝培养再进行出菇，从中选育出高产菌株，为秀珍菇的大规模推广提供参考依据．结果表明：秀珍菇1号菌株最佳，秀珍菇3号菌株次之，其他两个菌株表现不理想，目前还达不到推广的要求．

| Abstract: | In this research, comparing four strain of Pleurotus geesteranus through liquid culturing, For ability of resistting pollution, growth rate of spawn and growth potential of spawn, for researching different conditions of carbon, nitrogen, pH of the mycelium and culturing temperature , which effect the growth of spawn, through culturing Pleurotus geesteranus, the results showed that the strain 1 is best, the strain 3 is better, hut the other two strains are unsatisfactory. |
