平稳阀控主离合器系统及其动态响应特性

摘    要:该文给出了一种用于控制车辆主离合器油缸压力的平衡阀,介绍了该阀控摧系统的工作原理,建立了数学模型,用数值方法对2种典型工况进行了数值计算,给出了相应的动态响应特性仿真结果,并进行了实验研究。实验结果与仿真结果相符。研究结果为该系统的设计和使用提供了理论依据。

Abstract:This paper presents a kind of smooth valve for controlling the pressure of vehicle main clutch cylinder.Principles of the valve controlled cylinder system are introduced.The mathematical model has been established,and the dynamic response characteristics of the system are studied.Numerical solutions of two typical problems are evaluated by using numerical method,and the simulative results of dynamic response characteristics are given.Experimental research is done,and the results are the same as the results in digital simulation.All the results presented by this paper provide the basis for design and use of this kind of system.
