新型微喷装置的研究

摘    要:目前发酵行业气升式反应器常用喷嘴为单孔圆管喷嘴,它产生的气泡不易细化,而如果简单缩小其孔径又会提高发酵系统的功率消耗(功耗)为此,设计了一种新型微喷装置,以改进发酵设备的性能文章介绍了微喷装置的结构特点,从理论上分析了微喷装置对气体环流反应器发酵性能的影响,着重讨论了该装置对传氧的影响在实验室中进行了相关试验,实验过程采用了当前发酵行业较实用而简单易行的实验方法,并佐之以一些高科技产品在有机玻璃罐内对两种喷嘴(单孔圆管喷嘴和微喷装置)的目测发现,在同等情况下,微喷装置通气后产生的气含率要高于单孔喷嘴,而在实验室的溶氧测试实验过程中,通过采用溶氧仪和Na2SO3滴定相结合的方法得到的实验结果证明微喷装置比单孔喷嘴的溶氧效果好,现场拍摄的两种喷嘴形成的气泡大小也可以说明这一点此外,由于微喷装置设计有一层特殊结构层,可以相应弥补喷嘴的堵塞问题,从而验证了微喷装置应用于气体环流反应器的可行性

Abstract:The common nozzle of fermentative industry is single hole nozzle . The bubble fromed in this nozzle is hard to break , and reducing it's aperture size will lead to increase the power consumption.In this paper a newly kind of microspraying device has been developed to improve the property . The configuration of the microspraying device is introduced and the influence on barmy property with emphasis observing on oxygen mass transfer coefficient between microspraying device and common spraying head is discussed. Experiments was carried out with practical testing methods and some high tech products . Under the same condition , observing the experimental tank made from plexiglass, it is found that the gas content microspraying device is higher than thatof single hole nozzle . In order to test the dissolved oxygen by a kind of dissolved oxygen device and the Na 2SO 3 titration method, it is proved that the dissolved oxygen effects of microspraying device is better too . In addition , as the microspraying device has a special structure , it can prevent fermented liquid flow back into nozzle .
