| 摘 要： | 财经类本科毕业论文对学生的实践能力和创新精神的培养具有重要作用，由于受到各种因素的影响，毕业论文的质量难以保证。提出构建“以论文撰写阶段为时间维，以监控内容为层次维，以监控手段为方法维”的三维并存的毕业论文质量保证系统建议。分析此系统具有“责任明确、主体多元化、以人为本”的特点，可“借助外部监控力量、强化过程管理、抓好基础性工作”等措施得以实现。

| Abstract: | Dissertation for finance and economics majors plays an important role in fostering students＇ practical capability and innovation. However, it is challenging to guarantee the good quality of the thesis due to multiple factors. And the three perspectives of monitoring include ＂thesis writing process, content monitoring and supervision monitoring＂. This system is well characterized by clear esponsibility, multi-monitors and people-oriented and can be enforced by getting help from the external monitoring force, strengthening process management, fulfilling fundamental work and some other measures. |
