| 摘 要： | 在调查滇西乡村小学教育现状的基础上,围绕滇西乡村小学教师专业成长问题,探讨滇西乡村小学的教育投入、教师评价、教师培训模式、校本课程建设、留守儿童等方面的内容,从而对滇西乡村小学教师专业成长提出针对性建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the condition research of the country primary school teacher in the west of Yunnan,we focus on several problems about the teacher professional development such as the educational investment,the teacher appraisal,the teacher educational mode,the school's own curriculum development and the rear liaison children,then put forward some constructive propositions. |
