| 摘 要： | 针对可视电话等低码率运动图像的特点，在Ｈ．２６３等低码率压缩图像编码的运动估计中，对传统的三步搜索法进行了修正，提出并实现了一种快速的块搜算法。实验结果表明：在保持信噪比、压缩比基本不变的条件下，有效地提高了编解码速度，改善了实时性能。

| Abstract: | Based on the traditional three- step search algorithm and the property of moving images in video phony,a new search algorithm is proposed.Compared with the three- step algorithm,this algorithm is suitable for low bit- rate video compression and has faster search speed atnearly the same PSNR and compression rate. |
