苦荞麦(Fagopyrum tataricum)栽培居群的聚类分析和主成分分析

摘    要:对四川省凉山彝族自治州的 5 6个苦荞麦栽培居群的 13个数量形状进行了聚类分析和主成分分析 .结果表明苦荞麦栽培居群分为 2个类群和少数过渡居群 .第 1个类群的苦荞麦栽培居群生长于低海拔地区 ,属于产量高的类型 .第 2个类群生长于高海拔地区 ,属于产量较低的类型 .因此 ,对苦荞麦品种资源的保护无论在高海拔地区或低海拔地区皆需进行 .

Abstract:Based on cluster anslysis and principa l components analysis, the 13 features of 56 cultivated populations of Fagopyr um tataricum in Liangshan Autonomous Prefecture of Yi Nationality, Sichuan, Ch ina, are studied in this paper. The results show that cultivated Fagopyrum ta taricum populations can be divided into 2 groups and with a few transient popu lation between the two groups. The first group of the cultivated Fagopyrum tat aricum populations grow at the lower elevation areas of under 1 950 m. It is o f high harvest Fagopyrum tataricum population. The 2nd group of Fagopyrum tataricum populations grow at the areas above 2 000 m. The feature of the 2nd group of Fagopyrum tataricum populations is just contrary to that of the 1st group. It is of lower harvest populations. The feature of transient group culti vat ed Fagopyrum tataricum populations is between that of the 1st group and 2n d group. With obviously different characteristic indexes, there are two Fagopy rum tataricum groups growing in high and low elevation areas respectively. The refore, the Fagopyrum tataricum resources growing either in high elevation a rea or in low elevation area should all be put under protection.
