二维无序系统的电子性质

摘    要:
用改进了的 Recursion 方法研究二维无序系统的电子性质。计算了二维无序系统的电子态密度、迁移率边界、局域化临界点以及直流电导率。结果表明,与对角无序系统相比,对角及非对角无序系统以及存在次近邻跳跃的系统局域性质均发生变化,非对角无序的影响取决于其大小,而次近邻跳跃的存在总是使电子态趋于延展。

Abstract:
This paper represeuts the study of two-dimensional disorder systems with the improved recursion method.The local density of states(LDOS),the mobility edge,the localization critical value and the de conductivity for two-dimensional disorder systems are calculated.Our results show that compared with diagonal disorder systems,there are changes at localization properties of diagonal disorder systems with off-diagonal disorder or with next nearest neighour hopping matrixes.The influence of off-diagonal disorder to systems depends on its numerical value.But with next nearest neighbour hopping matrixes, systems trend to be extended.
