摘    要:采用毛细管气相色谱法测定了盐酸头孢他美酯中7种溶剂的残留量.色谱条件为:HP-FFAP色谱柱、程序升温、载气为氮气、FID检测器,以甲基异丁基酮为内标法进行测定.在选定的色谱条件下,测得各有机溶剂的线性良好,平均回收率为97.8%~100.3%,RSD为0.89%~3.12%,最低检出限为1.5—3.6mg·L^-1该方法简单、快速、准确,适用于盐酸头孢他美酯中有机溶剂残留量的测定.

Abstract:A CGC method for the determination of seven residual organic solvents in Cefetamet Pivoxil Hydrochloride was established. An HP FFAP capillary column was used with nitrogen gas as carrier and FID as detector using Methyl isobutyl ketone as the internal standard. The average recoveries were 97.8%-100.3% ,with RSD of 0. 89%-3.12%. The limit of detection was 1.5-3.6 mg·L^-1. The method was simple, rapid and accurate for the determination of residual organic solvents in Cefetamet Pivoxil Hydrochloride.
