| 摘 要： | 将连续区间数据OWA(C-OWA)算子扩展到模糊环境,提出了一些新的模糊C-OWA(FC-OWA)算子,如加权FC-OWA(WFC-OWA)算子、悲观WFC-OWA(PWFC-OWA)算子和乐观WFC-OWA(OWFC-OWA)算子,并研究了它们的一些性质.基于PWFC-OWA算子和OWFC-OWA算子,提出了属性值和属性权重为梯形模糊数的多属性决策方法.最后通过算例说明了方法的可行性和有效性.

| Abstract: | The continuous ordered weighted averaging(C-OWA) operator is extended to accommodated fuzzy environment.Some new fuzzy C-OWA(FC-OWA) operators for aggregating fuzzy information,such as the weighted FC-OWA(WFC-OWA) operator,pessimistic WFC-OWA(PWFC-OWA) operator and the optimistic WFC-OWA(OWFC-OWA) operator,are proposed.Some of their properties are studied.Based on the PWFC-OWA operator and the OWFC-OWA operator,a new method for multi-attribute decision making,in which the attribute values and the weights are given in the forms of trapezoidal fuzzy number is developed.Finally,a numerical example is given to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method. |
