| 摘 要： | 本文从语用的角度就指示和回指进行了对比，对这两个概念的区分提出了建设性的标准。指示的基本特征包括文外照应、自我中心以及带有话语者意图；而回指的基本特征是文内照应、没有语境中心和话语者意图。本文从语用的角度将是否舍有隐含意义作为区分指示和回指的一个标准。

| Abstract: | This paper proposes some constructive criteria of the concepts of deixis and anaphora by a pragmatics comparison. The basic feature of reference includes exphoric reference, self-center and the purpose of the interlocutors, while anaphora refers to endophoric reference, non-context center and non-interloeutor-purposo. |
