| 摘 要： | 知识获取一直是知识工程的难点之一,是专家系统成败的关键。本文分析了管理专家知识的特点,提出了管理专家知识的获取过程、方法及方法学。我们认为,管理专家知识的获取方法和技术目前还不成熟,有待深入研究,才能逐步解决知识获取这一瓶颈问题。 |

| Abstract: | Knowledge acquisition is always one of the main difficulties in knowledge engineering,and it is also the key to develop expert system. This paper amalyzes the feature of manage-ment expert knowledge, and presents the procedure, methods and methodology of manage-ment expert knowledge acquisition. We consider the current methods and technology are im-mature, and it is necessary to make further investigation so as to resolve the bottle-neckproblem of KA. |
