摘    要:车身后部结构特征对整车的空气动力学性能有重要的影响。为研究车身后部各结构变化对轿车尾部流场的影响规律及各设计变量之间的相关性,并在此基础上对车身后部结构参数进行优化,以提高轿车的空气动力学性能。通过运用网格自适应方法和集成仿真软件STAR CCM+进行试验设计;并建立近似模型探索以整车气动性能为目标的车身后部各结构参数的最佳组合。结果表明:与传统车身优化方法相比,运用网格自适应方法、试验设计方法和近似模型相结合进行车身优化,大幅度减少了车身优化的时间,且优化效果良好。优化车身后部结构参数,能明显改善尾部流场结构,提高整车的气动特性。

Abstract:The rear structural features of the car body have an important impact on the aerodynamic performance of the vehicle. In order to study the influence of various structural changes on the rear of the car on the flow field of the car and the correlation between the design variables, the structural parameters of the rear part of the car body are optimized to improve the aerodynamic performance of the car. The experimental design was carried out by using the grid adaptive method and the integrated simulation software star ccm+, and an approximate model was established to explore the optimal combination of structural parameters at the rear of the vehicle with the aerodynamic performance of the vehicle. The results show that compared with the traditional vehicle body optimization method, the combination of grid adaptive method, experimental design method and approximate model is used to optimize the vehicle body, which greatly reduces the time of vehicle optimization and has good optimization effect. Optimizing the structural parameters of the rear part of the vehicle can significantly improve the structure of the tail flow field and improve the aerodynamic characteristics of the vehicle.
