| Abstract: | Setting up Accumulative Voting System(AVS)conforms to the idea of protecting sm all share -holders from larger ones' infringement.But under present cir cumstances,there still lacks the pr erequisite to implement AVS.So it depends on the establishment or perfection of the Corporation Law of the People' s Republic of China and related institute to protect the small share-holders' interest. |
