| 摘 要： | 目的探讨青壮年胫骨平台骨折的特点和切开复位内固定术治疗的疗效.方法本组总结青壮年胫骨平台骨折89例,男82例,女7例.按Schatzker分类法,Ⅰ型5例,Ⅱ型9例,Ⅲ型21例。Ⅳ型17例,Ⅴ型27例,Ⅵ型10例.根据不同类型骨折的特点进行针对性的切开复位内固定术治疗,有骨缺损者给予填充植骨(自体髂骨或同种异体骨).结果本组89例获得随访.按Rasmussen评分标准:优48例53.9%,良28例31.5%,可10例11.2%,差3例3.4%,优良率85.4%.结论对不同类型的青壮年胫骨平台骨折行针对性的切开复位内固定术治疗能获得良好的效果.
