| Abstract: | Connecting with the reality of sci-tech novelty retrieval, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the quality control of sci-tech novelty retrieval from four aspects of the control of the qualification of retrieval personnel, the guarantee of the literature resources, the report of the novelty retrieval, and the management of the novelty retrieval. |
