摘    要:分别对一步法POY(预取向丝)/FDY(全拉伸丝)涤纶混纤丝进行蒸纱定形热处理和松弛起绉热处理,测试分析混纤丝在不同热处理条件下的热收缩率和拉伸性能,观察其热收缩形态.结果表明:蒸纱定形热处理使混纤丝的热收缩率从56.9%急剧下降到8.3%,同时混纤丝异收缩结构也发生明显变化,但提高了混纤丝拉伸性能;在松弛起绉热处理中,混纤丝的热收缩率随处理温度升高而增加,纱体从密实、带弱卷曲结构向蓬松卷曲结构转变,混纤丝强度略有下降,断裂伸长率和初始模量略有提高.
