| 摘 要： | 根据先进的动态仿真理论和有限元分析手段，采用计算机三维设计软件Pro／E和有限元分析软件ANSYS对采煤机截割部进行分析，建立了MG250／591-WD型采煤机截割部的三维仿真模型，通过对截割部进行静力学分析和动力学分析，指出了MG2501591-WD型采煤机截割部在原始设计中存在的问题并进行了改进。

| Abstract: | According to the advanced dynamic stimulant theory and finite element analysis,cutting part of the coal winning machine is analyzed with 3D designing software Pro/E and finite element analysis software ANSYS and the 3D simulation model of Cutting Part Of MG250/591-WD Coal Winning Machine is built.After the static and dynamic analysis of the cutting part with the ANSYS software,some problems existing in the original design of the Cutting Part of MG250/591-WD Coal Winning Machine is founded,then the suggestion is put forward and some improvements are done in the paper. |
