焊接内应力的测试分析

针对目前存在的一些焊接残余内应力对构件承载能力影响的质疑和不同观点,采用应力释放理论和长条板焊接的一维简化模型,分析比较了有残余内应力和没有残余内应力的构件,在拉伸载荷作用时抵抗外加载荷的能力.结果表明,焊接残余内应力对构件的刚度和静载强度有一定影响.

Measure and Analysis of Welding Remaining Internal Stress
