焊接内应力的测试分析

摘    要:针对目前存在的一些焊接残余内应力对构件承载能力影响的质疑和不同观点,采用应力释放理论和长条板焊接的一维简化模型,分析比较了有残余内应力和没有残余内应力的构件,在拉伸载荷作用时抵抗外加载荷的能力.结果表明,焊接残余内应力对构件的刚度和静载强度有一定影响.

Abstract:to the query which pigeonhole pole stability influence and different views to the remaining internal stress of some welding existing at present, the one dimension of adopting the stress and releasing the theory and I - beam and welding simplifies models, analyse that relatively there are remaining internal stress and I- beam after annealing and heating dealing with by the board, resist in the loaded function of the pressure and loaded ability . The resuit shows , it influence the stability and intensity which pigeonhole the pole to weld remaining internal stress.
