| 摘 要： | 从自然、社会、经济、科技、文化等方面选取了39个指标,构建了县域综合实力评价指标体系.利用2005年齐齐哈尔市相关统计数据,运用因子分析法对该市所辖8县1市进行了分析,并按其综合实力得分进行了排序.排序结果表明:富裕县、讷河市综合实力较强,克山县、拜泉县、甘南县、龙江县、依安县的综合实力处于齐齐哈尔各县域的中等水平,泰来、克东两县各方面发展水平均较低,综合实力较弱.

| Abstract: | Chose thirty-nine indexes which reveal the development level of nature,society,economyt,echnology and culture in the county to build up a county′s comprehensive strength appraisal index system.On the basis of statistic data of 2005,nine counties′comprehensive strengths of Qiqihar are valued by the factor analytical method.The ranking result revealed that among the nine counties Fuyu and Nehe′s comprehensive strengths are stronger,the comprehensive strengths of Keshan,Baiquan,Gannan,Longjiang and Yi′an are on the middle level.Since every aspect of Tailai and Kedong is undeveloped,the two counties′comprehensive strengths are weakest. |
