Study on the Nitrate Accumulation and Control Measure in Vegetables

Studies showed that the nitrate accumulation of vegetables has something to do with not only internal factors such as type, variety, organization and growth period, etc; but also external ones such as fertilizer, light, temperature, water, etc. At present, it is urgent to find a way to reduce nitrate content and improve quality of vegetables under the premise of high yield.
