| 摘 要： | 本文以西藏自治区各教育层次发展为研究主题。在使用统计方法分析了西藏自治区各教育层次发展背景的基础上，提出了西藏自治区各教育层次发展的适当日标，进而针对这些目标设计了各教育层次协调发展的重点战略及建设工程。文章研究的结果对西藏自治区各教育层次的协调发展有积极的参考作用。

| Abstract: | This paper focus on the Tibet education layer development. On the basis of analysis of background of Tibet education layer development with the method of statistic, give the reasonable goal of Tibet education layer development, Then design the emphasizing strategy and main project aiming for education layer coordination development. The result of research gives a suggestion for the education layer coordination development of Tibet education development. |
