微波加热液氨的功率参数试验与分析

摘    要:为了实现快速、高效地去除浸渍液氨后纱线上的残留液氨,液氨改性工艺中采用微波加热新方法以去除残氨.基于液氨的特殊性质,采用自制的微波加热试验装置,通过对比性试验与分析,依据水的汽化量速率,得出同一套加热装置中不同压力条件下液氨的汽化量速率.在验证微波加热液氨理论成立的同时,尽可能的为微波除氨系统的设计提供工程上应用的数据.

Abstract:The method of heating liquid ammonia with microwave is a new try to ammonia removal in liquid modified technique,which can remove the rest liquid ammonia on yarns after impregnation quickly and efficiently. Based on special property of liquid ammonia,using self-made microwave heating installation and contrastive analysis method,contrasting the vaporization capacity rate of water,the vaporization capacity rate of liquid ammonia was got under different pressure conditions. Microwave heating liquid ammonia theory was verified as well as data used in project can be got for designing liquid ammonia removal system.
