数控丝杠磨床设计

摘    要:为了解决精密长滚珠丝杠和超长滚珠丝杠的磨削难题,分析了精密长滚珠丝杠制造中的问题,给出了滚珠丝杠数控磨床的总体设计方案,对设计方案进行了理论分析;开发了滚珠丝杠数控磨床的闭环控制系统,设计了滚珠丝杠数控磨床的砂轮架控制系统。经滚珠丝杠制造企业使用表明:其结构合理、功能完善,达到了预期的目的。

Abstract:In order to solve grinding problem of the long-precision ballscrews and super long ball,the manufacturing problem of long-precision ballscrew is analyzed.The general design scheme of CNC grinding machine of ballscrew is provided and the theoretical analysis of design scheme is made.The closed loop control system of CNC grinding machine of ballscrew is developed,and the grinding carriage of grinding machine of ballscrew and its control system are designed.The results show that the structure is reasonable.
