| Abstract: | Whether a referee of football can control the atmosphere ofcompetition effectively is crucial to fulfilling his task as a referee. Afterstudying the changing laws of the atmosphere of the competition,we've madesome corresponding methods,which prove to be very effective,to deal with the situation. |
