摘    要:阐述了所研制的A102不锈钢焊条焊接工艺特点,做了焊条焊接工艺试验,测试了焊条熔敷金属的机械性能.分析了该焊条药皮尾部发红、尾部开裂和气孔产生的原因,通过焊条药皮配方的优化设计解决了药皮尾部发红、开裂和在焊条后半段出气孔的问题.

Abstract:The mechanical performance of welded seam of A102 electrode was expounded. Welding technological test was examined and the mechanical performance of molten metal of this electrode measured. The reasons that the end of the electrode covering turned red, had cracking and gas hole were analyzed. The optimum design can solve the above problems.
