| Abstract: | Several problems and weak links in present bidding management of the construction engineering project were analyzed,which include surround-bidding,illegal subcontract,and lack of supervision management department.Some countermeasures,which take strengthening bidding process supervision and standardizing bidding system construction as core,are proposed. |
