| 摘 要： | 随着干部人事制度改革的不断深化,干部工作日趋规范化,干部人事档案管理工作也面临着新的挑战.当前干部人事档案案卷在材料完整性、信息准确性、载体规范性和手续完备性等方面均存在不少质量问题,极大影响了档案信息资源的开发和利用.本文集中阐述了干部人事档案案卷质量参差不齐的现状,通过分析导致干部档案案卷质量失控的原因,有针对性地提出了解决质量失控、规范干部档案案卷质量的控制措施.
