亚乙基-1,2-双氨基二硫代甲酸苄酯化合物的合成及生物活性研究

摘    要:在无水磷酸钾存在下,以丙酮为溶剂,乙二胺和二硫化碳反应后再分别与苄溴、2-氯苄氯、4-氯苄氯、2,4-二氯苄氯在室温下反应,以较好收率合成了亚乙基-1,2-双氨基二硫代甲酸取代苄酯(4a-d),其结构通过1H NMR、IR、MS和元素分析表征;初步生物活性实验结果表明化合物(4a-d)有较好的抑菌作用.

Abstract:Ethylidene-1,2-diamino benzyl dithiocarbamates were synthesized by the reaction of ethyldiamine with carbon disulfide,and then with a variety of alkyl halides such as Benzyl bromide,2-chlorobenzyl chloride,2,4-Dichlorobenzyl chloride or 4-chlorobenzyl chloride,respectively,at room temperature and in the presence of anhydrous potassium phosphate.All the prepared compounds were characterized by 1HNMR,IR,MS and elemental analysis.It is shown,by the experimentation of biological activity,that some of the compounds(4a-d) have the performance of obvious inhibiting of microbe.
