| 摘 要： | 对 6 0例不孕症患者采用GnRH -a FSH HCG超促排卵方案治疗 ,应用HTF培养基培养胚胎。采样 6 0个取卵周期 ,5 8个周期进行胚胎移植。移植周期妊娠率达34.5 %。从临床效果可见 ,体外受精—胚胎移植是解决输卵管因素不孕最直接的方法

| Abstract: | To evaluate the clinical result of IVF-ET in the treatment of 60 infertile couples, we used the GnRH-a/ FSH / HCG to super stimulate ovulation and HTF culture media to incubate embryo. Sixty cycles of aspiration of eggs and 58 cycles of ET were performed. The rate of pregnancy was 34.5%. Judging from the clinical result, IVF-ET is the most direct method in the treatment of infertility due to fallopiantubal factor . |
