双典线凉水塔施工新工艺

摘    要:双曲线凉水塔由现浇钢筋砼柱改预制钢筋砼柱,简壁模板曲线计算采用接近法退归模板长近似法计算,该法与传统方法不同,有计算简单,施工出的曲面圆滑流线度好,施工曲面与设计曲面间的吻合程度较高等优点;施工中利用结构自身强度承重,随着式三角架模板体系,将塔吊设置在塔体外侧,改变了以往井架设置在塔体外,人工供料的施工工艺。

Abstract:In the new construction of Hyperbolic Cooling Tower, cast-in-place concrete column is altered into prefabrication concrete column .It is one better kind of construction method that can ensure construction quality and construction period. The construction method may be fully used in the same kind of project. The calculation of barrel shell mould plate curve line make use of near method to calculate. It is different from traditional method. It has the following advantages : simple calculation ,easy to master for construction ,higher accuracy ,well curved track ,construction curved surface coincides better with designed curved surface . This kind of calculating method was fully spread in the same project; The structure strength of itself to load bearing and posses adhesive tripod mould plate system . The construction technology changes the previous construction method of installing the tower crane in the tower body and hand supplying material .
