艾滋病治疗的预测分析

摘    要:根据2006年全国大学生数学建模竞赛B题的相关数据,建立回归模型、方差分析模型、非参数检验模型,利用统计分析软件SPSS求解,对艾滋病的治疗进行预测分析.经分析认为,在25~30周病人体内CD4的浓度达到最大,HIV的浓度最小,治疗效果达到最佳,如继续服药,治疗效果不会有明显改善.从模型比较上认为非参数检验模型对艾滋病治疗的分析最优.

Abstract:According to 2006 in the national university student mathematics modelling competition the B topic correlation data, through the establishment return model, the variance analysis model, the nonparameter examination model, solves using statistical analysis software SPSS to the AIDS treatment carries on the forecast analysis, after the analysis it is comcluded that in 25 - 30 weeks patients in vivo CD4density achieved biggest, HIV density smallest, the treatment result achieves best, if continues to take medicine, the treatment resuh cannot have the distinct improvement, from the model comparison to think the non -parameter examination model the analysis which treats to the AIDS is most superior.
