摘    要:地面与井下的信息通道是实现“井眼轨迹遥控系统”的必要条件.上行通道的随钻测量系统已是全球性的商品,而下行通道目前仍然没有成熟的产品.笔者就是在下行通道系统总体方案的基础上,对其硬件的设计与实现予以分析和讨论.根据井下钻井与停钻时,在钻头附近产生的振动能量相差很远这一基理,确定了下行通道电路的设计思想,并设计了井下振动传感器电路,信号调理电路和CPU工作电路,与硬件的工作相匹配的软件方案,对下行通道的各部分电路的功能和实现给予了详尽的分析和讨论.振动台模拟实验结果表明,电路设计正确,选件得当.

Abstract:The bidirectional information transmission between surface and downhole is necessary to a well trajectory automatically controlling system. Measuring while drilling (MWD) system is a good information transmission system from downhole to surface. But till now, there has been no well rounded one from surface to downhole. In accordance with the demand, the overall scheme of the system is put forward, and hardware design and its realization are also discussed in detail. The scheme of the system circuit is based on fact that there is a great difference in the vibration around drilling bit when drilling and stopping. The circuits of vibration sensor, signal processing and system programming, and correlative softwares are designed. The results of simulation testing show that the design of the circuits and the selection of the apparatus parts are appropriate.
