摘    要:对2根采用外部粘贴预应力碳纤维布加固的已开裂箱形梁进行受弯模型试验,研究预应力碳纤维布加固对已开裂箱梁抗弯刚度及粘接层剪切应变的影响.研究表明,对于受损较为严重的梁,采用预应力碳纤维布加固,碳纤维布对裂缝的扩张有一定的限制作用,加固后其刚度有所提高,能起到加固的效果.在正常体位加固梁时,应该考虑碳纤维的粘贴质量,对理论计算的刚度值进行折减.层间剪切应变分布在一定范围内,其变化规律与所承受的荷载类型有关,理论研究时应区别对待.

Abstract:An experiment was performed on two cracked box beams,which were strengthened with external bonding of prestressed carbon-fiber sheet and the influence of the carbon-fiber sheet strengthening on the flexural rigidness of the beam and shear strain in the adhesion was investigated.The investigation showed that such strengthening would in a certain extent restrain the propagation of the cracks in a seriously damaged beam,and its flexural rigidness would be improved,having a strengthening effect.When the beam was strengthened at its normal location,the adhesive quality of carbon-fiber sheet should be taken into account and the value of theoretically calculated flexural rigidness of the strengthened beam should be reduced.The variation pattern of distribution of interlaminar shear strain was related to the subjected load type,which should be treated differently when theoretical investigation was carried out.
