摘    要:采用化学沉淀法和低温水热法成功制备了单斜相与正交相三氧化钨粉体,通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)与扫描电镜(SEM)对产物进行了表征,电镜照片显示合成产物为纳米片.利用紫外可见光谱测量了合成产物的带隙,研究了不同物相三氧化钨纳米粉体在紫外光照射下的光致变色性质.结果表明,单斜相三氧化钨纳米粉体光致变色响应度比正交相三氧化钨的高.

Abstract:Monoclinic and orthorhombic tungsten trioxide powder were successfully prepared via chemical deposition and hydrothermal methods at low temperature respectively.The X-ray power diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) were used to characterize the structure and morphology of as-synthesized products,which were square nano-platelets.The band gaps of as-prepared products were determined by UVVis absorption spectra.Moreover,the photochromic properties of different phases of tungsten trioxide nano-platelets were investigated.The results showed that the photochromic response of monoclinic tungsten trioxide nano-platelets irradiated under UV light were faster.
